Do we really attend for free ?
Well the honest answer is in most cases, yes we make money by taking photos of guests and sell them at the event. There's no obligation to buy any of our photographs, we let the quality of our photography do the talking. Some times we will charge to attend as we do have to sell a certain number of photos to cover our costs but we will access the event before confirming
What events do we cover ?
No matter what the event, we can cover it, including school proms, graduation balls, dance shows, black tie balls, charity fundraiser's, private parties, christmas balls, sports tournaments, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, to name a few!
How much does the photos cost ?
We charge £10.00 for a 9x6 inch mounted print if you buy on the night. (We will be offer other sizes soon)
How can the guest pay on the night ?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Are the bookings confirmed in writing ?
We always confirm bookings in writing to confirm the details.
What backgrounds do you offer ?
We offer a range of backgrounds but we recommend the one of the following - grey mottled / black / painted background
Can print be purchased after the event ?
48 hours after the event we will upload all the photos taken on the night to our web site for viewing (we can password protect this if required). Guest will be able to view and purchase additional copies and different print sizes from the site. (Please note: that the prints are more expensive via the web site to cover postage and processing costs).
How much room do we need ?
We need an area approximately 4 metres by 5 metres (13 by 16 feet) for our mini digital studio and printer. However we can be flexible when it comes to space, the best thing to do is ring us and tell us what space you actually have. We will also need access to a plug socket for our equipment if it is an indoor event. (If no power is available please let us know before hand).
Do we pay commission ?
Depending on the event we may even be able to pay you a sales commission! This is available for charity and other fundraising events we normally donate 10% of the sales turnover of the evening via a cheque paid after the event. (Please note we will not pay to bid for any business).
