The Service
Event Photography is a great extension to any function, in its basic form it allows the organiser to offer photos for the guests to take away with them.
This service includes everything required to offer a great add on to any function, it includes the professional photographer, sales assistant and all the printing equipment required to offer on site high quality printed photographs.
On the day of the event we will:
- Set up a fully equipped digital studio onsite (this includes: backdrop, studio flash heads and our Mitsubishi Event Kiosks).
- We then take roughly 3 to 5 photographs of each guest / group.
- These images are wirelessly transferred to the Mitsubishi Event Kiosks.
- The Guests can then view the photos on screen and purchase the photos they like.
- These prints are printed using the latest printers and mounted in a modern mount.
- The customer then has a photography to take away with them.
The photographs are 9 by 6 inch (23 by 16 cm) in size and mounted in a back high quality photo mount which allows the print to stand horizontal or vertical. The Finished size of the print in the mount is 8.5 by 11.5 inch's (21 by 23cm). We are more than happy to send a free sample of a printed photo and mount if required..
We will photograph the guests as they enter the venue and any time during the course of the event but we recommend that the guests have the photos taken against the backdrop as this allows us to have full control over the lighting ensuring the best print, we offer multiple background choices to meet our clients needs including a green screen service.
The Quality of the photos is very different to what would normally be printed on your home printers and is to the same standard as the industrial printers used in photo labs and supermarkets. The prints are finished with a UV layer so they will not fade or mark meaning that they are a great reminder of the event and last at least 10 years.
We usually stay for most of the event, after which all the photos taken will be uploaded onto our web site with 48 hours.
The photos can then be viewed (subject to password protection if appropriate), selected and purchased in a variety of different sizes and formats directly from the web site so additional copies or different sizes be required.
There is no obligation to purchase any photograph at any time - We allow the photographs to do the selling which ensures that customer satisfaction is always achieved.
Branding the Photographs
We can also brand the photos, as they are printed with your logo or event details. (See sample on the right).
Branding can be turned on or off and all images are saved without the overprinting to allow you to use the original files later if required.
This is a great feature that allows us to ensure the photograph reflects the event or clients we are offering the service to.
Instant Personalised Magazine Front Covers
If you would like a complete difference to the norm we can put your clients face or clients image on the front cover of a magazine!. This is always very popular with people and makes for a great memory of an event.
We can either use your existing artwork or we can create it for you to suit your event or requirements.
As with all our on-site printing it is instantly printed for the subject to take away with them within seconds of having the photo taken.
Green Screen (Chromakey) Backgrounds
This service allows us to offer any background as we use a bright green backdrop that our event kiosk can automatically remove and replace with any background possible. We have a wide selection of backgrounds and can offer custom backgrounds if required.
Using this service means the possibilities are endless, as shown on the right.
